This website uses pupils' work and case study material for ICT and other subjects to show what the National Curriculum looks like in practice. The examples given show the standard of pupils' work at different ages and key stages, how the programmes of study translate into real activities.

ICT in Education
The ICT in Education website has been set up to help teachers and managers make the best use of ICT in management and administration, and to help schools manage the provision of ICT. The author of the site is Terry Freedman, an ICT adviser in London and a regular contributor to Managing Schools Today, InteracTive and other periodicals. Becta ICT in Practice Awards
Open to Headteachers, Governors and Senior Managers. The awards, covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, are to promote and reward exemplary ICT practice amongst teachers, lecturers, trainers and advisers. Another aim is to discover practice that can be widely emulated.

Note - if you are interested in the site mentioned above, you might like to check if your school has loaded up their free 'Powerup for Tomorrow CD-Rom' from Man Power Services. This CD has been sent to all secondary schools. It provides interactive tuition on many popular Microsoft packages, free to staff and pupils, and 'fast' because it can be loaded on to your schools server, free from advertising.
