Many Bristol schools are familiar with and have made effective use of the test analysis grids produced by Cornwall to analyse test scripts from SAT and QCA tests.

The guidance notes that can be downloaded here give comprehensive advice on how to both enter and interpret data using the grids. Also available are word versions of proformas that can be used to summarise test analysis findings.
