Local Authorities no longer have responsibility for processing applications for students who commenced courses of Higher Education from September 2009. All students who started their courses in September 2009, will have had their applications processed by Student Finance England.

We continue to administer Student Finance for students who started their course prior to 1 September 2009.We will continue to administer support for the academic year 2009/2010 and 2010/2011. With effect from March 2011, responsibility for student finance will transfer completely over to Student Finance England and any enquiries after this date must be made to them.
