The Fixed-term Employees’ (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment)Regulations were introduced to ensure equality of treatment for employees not on a permanent contract.
The guidance has been produced to clarify process issues and questions in relation to employees on temporary and fixed term contracts.
We have also provided some model letters for you to download and adapt. These should open in most word processing packages.
