The services provided by Children and Young People’s Service HR support school managers and governors in dealing with a wide and complex range of personnel issues. Over 80% of a school's delegated budget is spent on staffing and our aim is to ensure that schools are able to access a comprehensive consultancy service that is designed to meet your needs.
We provide a range of services to schools under Fair Funding. These are designed to:
- raise achievement in schools and promote fairness and equity;
- assist in ensuring best practice in managing HR matters with all school staff.
