The CYPS HR department is split into three sections in order to ensure a more efficient and effective service is provided.
Professional HR Advice for Schools staff – Schools’ HR Team
For professional personnel/HR advice, support and guidance relating to schools’ staff (except nursery schools) you should contact the Schools’ HR Team. They are currently based in the Council House and the HR Manager for the team is Mark Williams.
Professional HR Advice for CYPS Staff – CYPS HR Team
The CYPS HR Team provide professional HR advice, guidance and support relating to staff all staff in CYPS as well as centrally employed teaching staff and nurseries staff. They are currently based in the Council House and the HR Manager for the team is Lorna Whitehead.
Administrative Support – HR Admin
The HR Admin team based in Romney House provide administration services to both schools and other CYPS departments, and advice on all issues relating to starters, leavers and terms and conditions of employment. Their team leader is Lin Marsh.
