Parents Online
A Department for Education and Skills (DfES) and National Grid for Learning (NGfL) initiative celebrating all educational aspects of the Internet. Parents Online will help parents find out about information and communication technology and the ways it can help their family and children's education.

Designed especially for students and provides information on issues such as careers, news, travel, legal and finance matters, sport and much more, which both current and prospective students will benefit from. Part of NISS (National Information Services and Systems).

Connexions - West of England
The Connexions service aims to give young people the best start in life by helping them make the transition to adulthood and working life. Connexions gives all young people a single point of access to support on all the issues affecting them including careers information, advice and guidance, work/training/further/higher education opportunities, advice on drug abuse, sexual health and relationships, housing and money matters. There is a vacancy database of jobs with training for 16-19 year olds.

Kidscape - practical advice to help beat bullying
Registered charity committed to keeping children safe from harm. Kidscape focuses upon preventative policies - tactics to use before any abuse or harm takes place, and provides practical guidance for children, parents and teachers on a range of issues, including bullying.
