Secondary Transfer - On 2 March 2009 offer letters for transfer to secondary school were posted to all applicants who applied by the closing date. Reception - The first offers for places in Reception in September 2009 were sent to parents on 30 January 2009. For details of of how the next round of offers will be made please click on the link to Primary Admissions on the left and then click on Reception Offers (2nd round).
Parents who have not received an offer of a school place were invited to a meeting on Monday 16 March. notes of this meeting will be available here shortly.
The closing date for receipt of applications for first admission to infant or Primary School and Secondary school for September 2009 was 5pm on 24 October 2008. The online application system has now closed.
You can still apply using a paper form which can be downloaded by using the appropriate link on the left. This will be regarded as a late application but will be considered in line with the published arrangements.
You are strongly advised to read the appropriate ‘Your Child's Education in Bristol ' booklet before completing your form.
