This is the annual self assessment of Bristol Children and Young People's Services. Bristol has graded itself as 'good' for Making a Positive Contribution and 'adequate' in all other categories. OFSTED will be on-site on September 13th 2007 as part of the inspection process and final gradings will be announced on November 26th 2007.
The APA process involves a review and refresh of Bristol's Children and Young People's Plan. The Bristol Children and Young People's Partnership and CYPS have reviewed progress against their CYPPlan 2006-2009 and are currently refreshing the plan for 2007-2010. This will be complete by October 31st 2007.
